On the morning of October 9, Lan Lingli, Secretary of the County Party Committee, implemented the requirement of "Doing Practical Things for the Masses" and paid in-depth visits to enterprises to address their difficulties. She stressed that we should fully identify pain points, difficulties and bottlenecks restricting enterprise development, formulate more detailed, practical and targeted countermeasures, deliver precise services to enterprises in urgent need, solve practical problems with concrete measures, and boost faster and better development of local enterprises.

County-level leaders Wu Qiubiao and Wang Weisong accompanied the research visit.

Lan Lingli and her entourage first visited Yifeng Stationery. She inspected products, listened to corporate introductions, held detailed exchanges with enterprise principals, and gained a full understanding of the company’s development status and operation conditions. Seeing energetic staff and orderly production on site, Lan Lingli expressed great satisfaction. She encouraged the enterprise to continuously pursue innovation, increase investment in R&D for product upgrading, further raise product added value, and strengthen the enterprise’s core competitiveness.

"What sales channels do you have, and where are your products mainly sold?" At Hu Yu Food, Lan Lingli discussed development plans and inquired about corporate demands. She fully recognized and commended the enterprise’s efforts in expanding domestic and overseas markets, developing live-streaming sales, and cultivating independent brands. She pointed out that enterprises should maintain a keen market insight, ramp up brand promotion, continuously increase brand market share and popularity, further boost initiative, enthusiasm and creativity, and seize the initiative in industrial development.

Honglian Stationery is mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sales of pencils, softened wood boards and stationery products, and plans to become an Enterprise Above Designated Size within this year. During the visit to Honglian Stationery, Lan Lingli learned in detail about its operation status and development prospects. She hoped the enterprise would strengthen its determination and confidence for development, speed up its development pace while taking solid steps, take proactive and promising actions to grow bigger and stronger.

"What problems and difficulties are you currently facing?" At the Micro & Small Enterprise Incubation Park, Lan Lingli listened to the report on enterprise settlement, park construction and operation. In response to the difficulties confronted by the incubation park, Lan Lingli raised targeted requirements on site, demanding accompanying government departments to strengthen communication and consultation with enterprises, conduct targeted research and implement supporting assistance measures, and earnestly deliver practical services and solve difficulties for settled enterprises.

The Micro & Small Enterprise Incubation Park acts as an incubator fostering the growth of micro and small enterprises. We must strictly implement the access mechanism and improve the exit mechanism, to attract more micro and small enterprises with development potential, market prospects and technological content to settle, develop and grow stronger through incubation. We shall continuously optimize park services and improve supporting infrastructure, provide all-round butler-style high-quality services for settled enterprises, and build a sound development environment.

Enterprises shall focus on brand building and technological innovation, deepen technical transformation and accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading. While expanding production capacity and boosting economic benefits, enterprises should also prioritize energy conservation, consumption reduction and work safety, drive industrial transformation for higher quality and efficiency, and strive to reach new milestones in the new round of industrial development.

Government departments shall strengthen the awareness of proactive services, conduct in-depth visits to identify pain points and bottlenecks raised by enterprises, implement targeted one-on-one support policies, optimize mechanisms and measures for supporting enterprises, and better serve the high-quality development of local enterprises.
